Refund Policy

New Surplus members may request a refund of their first membership payment within 14 calendar days of the original purchase.

How to request one

Email hello@liveinsurplus.com from the address connected to your membership. Include “Refund request” in the subject line.

Renewals

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. Cancel before your next billing date to prevent another charge. If a duplicate or clearly erroneous charge occurs, contact us promptly so we can review it.

Referral adjustments

If a referred purchase is refunded, disputed, or found to be ineligible, related referral credits may be reversed.

Processing time

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider controls when the funds appear.
