Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of LiveInSurplus.com, the Surplus membership, dashboard, course materials, community, and related services.

Membership

You must provide accurate account and billing information. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold, copied, or used to distribute Surplus materials. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Billing and cancellation

Paid memberships renew automatically at the price shown during checkout until canceled. You may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access generally continues through the paid billing period. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy.

Founding offer

The first 100 eligible paid members may receive the advertised founding rate while their original subscription remains continuously active. If a founding subscription is canceled, expires, or payment fails beyond any available recovery period, the founding rate may not be available when rejoining.

Referral program

Referral benefits apply only to qualified new paid members attributed through a valid referral link. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent payments, spam, or misleading promotion are not eligible. Credits are promotional, have no cash value, and may be reversed for refunds, disputes, or abuse.

Community conduct

Do not harass others, post illegal or deceptive material, impersonate people, scrape member information, spam, or promote guaranteed financial outcomes. We may remove content or suspend access to protect the community and service.

Surplus provides general education and personal experience, not individualized financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or professional advice. See the Educational Disclaimer.

Intellectual property

Surplus materials, branding, videos, templates, prompts, and original content remain owned by Surplus or its licensors. Membership gives you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use them for your own personal or internal business purposes.

Availability and liability

We may update, replace, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, Surplus is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or specific results, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
